"A Gem of a place!"
Called in to Griffins for a quick pint on a recent weekend visit to Trim, but it was so good I had 2! This is the kind of pub you could stay in quite happily for hours. It was a freezing Saturday afternoon with horrible fog outside, but in Griffins it was warm and cosy. The fire was up the chimney and there are so many nooks and cranny's you can choose to look at the TV or be away from it. Was only sorry I had to get going after the 2.......will just have to go back another day!

"Top class establishment"
What a surprise we were in for,not alone visiting beauitful Trim for the first time,we were directed to this magnificent pub in the heart of the town. A pub full of charm and charmers. From the moment we walked in the door until the time that we left, which was way after time, our every whim was attended to by professionals that would take your breath away. Service of the highest order was on offer, and the pub is the cleanest public house we have ever visited on our travels. The night in question was a traditional music night complete with irish dancers. The front of the pub looks decieving, being small but it extends out to a lovely beer garden area complete with bar and heating.Toilets were perfect and pretty and the pub was out the door with customers. We just fell in love with the place and will return on our next visit.Keep up the good work. Your public house is a credit to the pub trade
