Cheer on your favourite act at the Stars of our Bars County Finals

You can help performers secure their place at the next stages of the competition by heading to your local participating pub to support them. Just click on the following link to see where the final is being held in your county: Stars_of_our_Bars_County_Final_Venues.xls

Val Hanley, President of the VFI, said:
"The talent in Stars of our Bars has been exceptional up to now and we are delighted to see such great acts getting through to the county finals. From singers to dancers, jugglers to magicians, performers from all walks of life have taken part. Now is the time to get behind the county finalists and cheer on your favourite in your local pub."

The lucky finalists who make it through the county and provincial stages of the competition will then take part in the Grand Final in June. Contestants stand the chance to win up to €1,000 cash in the county final and €7,500 in the grand final.

About Stars of our Bars
• The competition commenced in January with the Grand Final taking place in early June.
• The prize for the county winner will be €1,000.
• The prize for the all Ireland winner will be €7,500.
• Two acts will be chosen at the county finals to go forward to the provincial stages.
• All contestants are over 18 years of age.
