Situated in West Cavan, the Village of Bawnboy boasts The Keepers Arms. It offers top of the range quality approved accommodation. Ideally based for Fishing, Golfing, & Walking holidays. Unexpected pleasures await you our peaceful & beautiful West Cavan.
Family run by Bryan & Sheila McKiernan, The Keepers Bar offers good local "banter" in its comfortable setting. As Bryan is an avid GAA fan you are guaranteed a lively debate on last week's match!
BAR: Enjoy a relaxed drink and convivial company in the comfortable Bar after your day travelling.
ACCOMMODATION: All our eleven ensuite rooms have being decorated and equipped with your comfort in mind. (TV"s, Tea/Coffee, Direct Dial Phone). So if you require a King, Single, Double, Twin, or Family room we are able to satisfy your needs. Our aim is to make your stay a comfortable one.
DINING: Relax over breakfast in our 50-seated dining room, catching the morning sun. Dinner is available in the evening on a pre-booked basis. The Keepers Arms specialise in Dinner Party Groups - local or guest, family reunions, wedding anniversaries, work parties, & Christmas parties.
Special consideration is taken over the menu selection. All food is homemade by Sheila (NVQ3)

WALKING - At The Keepers Arms we can provide maps of The Slieve Rushen Mountain, you can walk for miles and discover the fabulous views from the top beside the Wind Farms.
CYCLING - The Keepers Arms is located in the Kingfisher Cycle Trail - Just follow the signs along the rural roads.......
HISTORICAL SITES - St Mogue Island & The Killycluggan Stone.
FISHING - The Keepers Arms has an abundance of knowledge of the lakes in the area. Maps and guided tours of the waters are available.
