About Us
Left Bank is a recently renovated former Bank of Ireland. It opened on the 8th of May 2008 and since then has arguably been Kilkenny’s most unique bar.
Ideally located in the centre of Kilkenny City, the impressive Main Bar has a lively atmosphere and is ideal for either a sociable mid- week drink or a group night out at the weekend.
Left Bank also has a bar food menu which is available daily from 12pm- 5pm.
Louie's Backyard is our outdoor area, which is a fully heated and covered smoking area which has its very own outdoor fireplace and both an Indoor and Outdoor Bar.
The First Floor and Cocktail Bar are both beautifully designed and open to the public every Saturday night, hosting resident popular DJ’S who play a mix of tunes to suit all age groups.
The First Floor can also be used as a function room which can be transformed to suit any style of event. This room has no hire charge and can easily accommodate up to 350 people.
Experience Left Bank V.I.P. style in the Red Room. This private area is a beautiful relaxed bar where a table or the entire room can be booked.
