The Fisherman's Thatch Inn is one of those dying breeds of truly rural Irish pubs, a thatched pub located next to the Grand Canal in Co Laois, it dates back to the 1600's where local people get together for everything and anything - birthday parties, political get-togethers, after a day's fishing or for some traditional music night. The Fisherman's is home and host to the local Gun Club, Fishing Club, Camera Club, Gardening Club, Bridge Club, Ladies Club and local talented music. Enjoy!
